What is VERGRs refund policy?

Coin purchases and subscription payments are final once delivered, like most digital goods, with two big exceptions: charges made in error (duplicates, unauthorised use) are refundable within 30 days via support, and if a tournament is cancelled before it starts, spectator tickets are refunded in full. Withdrawals that have been sent are irreversible.

The general rule

Coins are delivered to your wallet instantly and can be spent instantly, so a Coin purchase is final once the Coins are credited, except where consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise. The same applies to subscription payments once the period has started.

When you DO get money back

  • Erroneous charges: duplicates, charges credited to the wrong account, or charges made by someone using your payment method without permission. Contact support@vergr.app within 30 days and, once confirmed, the amount is refunded to your original payment method.
  • Cancelled tournaments: if an event is cancelled before it starts, spectator tickets are refunded in full, and any prize contribution the host added is returned. Once a tournament has started and the first match is played, payments tied to it are final.
  • Where the law requires it: statutory consumer rights always apply on top of this policy.

Subscriptions and withdrawals

  • Subscriptions: cancel any time, you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for. No partial refunds for unused time.
  • Withdrawals: once a payout has been sent to your address, it cannot be recalled by anyone, including VERGR. Double-check the destination before confirming.
