Can I get a refund on a Coin purchase?
Normally no: Coins are delivered instantly and are spendable immediately, so a purchase is final once they hit your wallet, like most digital goods. The exceptions are charges made in error, duplicates, wrong account, or unauthorised use of your card, which are refunded if you contact support within 30 days.
The rule
Once Coins are credited to your wallet, the purchase is complete and non-refundable, except where consumer-protection law in your country grants extra rights. This is the standard treatment for instantly delivered digital goods: the product cannot be handed back.
The exceptions that ARE refunded
- Duplicate charges: you were billed twice for one purchase.
- Wrong account: the charge went through but the Coins were credited somewhere other than your account.
- Unauthorised use: someone used your payment method without your permission.
For any of those, email support@vergr.app within 30 days of the charge with the date, amount, and payment method. Once confirmed, the refund goes back to the original payment method.
Bought the wrong pack?
There is no exchange mechanism, but nothing is lost either: Coins do not expire, and everything on VERGR that costs Coins draws from the same balance, so an over-purchase simply lasts longer.
Do not use a chargeback as a refund shortcut. It reverses the Coins, freezes your money features for 180 days, and can end the account. Support first, always.
