How do I schedule content?
Creator Studio, then Schedule, lets you plan posts to publish at a set time instead of the moment you write them. Scheduled posting is a Lite plan feature and up. Pick the time using your dashboard's engagement heatmap: publishing into your audience's active hours is the easiest win in the whole studio.
How it works
- Create your post as usual, or start from the Schedule screen in Creator Studio.
- Instead of publishing immediately, set the date and time it should go out.
- The post publishes itself at that moment, whether or not you are online.
- Until then it stays editable in your schedule: change the time, rewrite it, or delete it.
Why schedule at all
- Timing: the engagement heatmap shows exactly when your audience is online. Scheduled posts let you hit those windows even when you are asleep or at work.
- Consistency: audiences reward rhythm. Batch-write on Sunday, drip-feed all week.
- Sanity: creating and publishing become separate jobs, which is how professionals avoid posting half-finished work at midnight.
Scheduling posts requires the Lite plan or higher. Streams are scheduled separately from the Go Live screen, where you can announce a stream in advance.
