What is the minimum amount of Coins I can buy?

The Starter Pack at €0.99 for 100 Coins is the smallest purchase. If you use the Custom amount option instead of a pack, the minimum there is €10, a floor set by the card processor, so the Starter Pack is the cheapest way in.

Is 100 Coins enough to do anything?

Yes. Tips start small, and 100 Coins is enough to tip a streamer several times or cover small purchases. It is a genuine try-it-out size, not a decoy. When you know you will stick around, the larger packs price each Coin lower.
