What content is not allowed on VERGR?
Anything illegal, anything sexual involving minors, hate speech, harassment and credible threats, content promoting violence, self-harm, or terrorism, fraud and scams, spam and malware. Public uploads are screened automatically at the moment of posting, and the worst categories never reach the feed at all.
Banned outright, everywhere public
- Illegal content of any kind, and anything defamatory or fraudulent.
- Sexual content involving minors: automatically blocked at upload, reported at the highest priority, and referred to law enforcement.
- Hate speech and harassment: attacks on people, threats, and targeted abuse.
- Promotion of violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
- Scams and deception: phishing, fake giveaways, impersonating other people or brands.
- Spam and malware: unsolicited bulk junk, malicious links, or files.
How it is enforced
Every public post, image, and video passes an automatic screen when it is uploaded: clear violations are blocked before anyone sees them, borderline cases are flagged for human moderators. On top of that, anything that slips through can be reported by anyone who sees it, and the Vanguard moderation team reviews the queue.
The line between public and private
These rules are enforced on public surfaces: the feed, profiles, streams, tournament chat. Private DMs and private group chats are not scanned, your conversations belong to you. The rules still apply in the sense that a victim of abuse in DMs can block, and serious misconduct can still be acted on when reported through other evidence.
