How long does verification take?

Usually minutes. The check runs automatically while you wait, and the result is pushed straight to your VERGR account: you will see the confirmation appear without refreshing. If it has been more than an hour, the session most likely was not finished, and you can simply start again.

The verification itself, photographing your ID and taking the selfie, takes two or three minutes. The automated check that follows normally finishes within a few minutes more.

How you get the result

You do not need to keep the verification tab open or refresh VERGR. As soon as the decision is made, your account updates in real time: a success message appears if you passed, or a clear reason if it was declined.

If it seems stuck

• Give it a few minutes: some checks take slightly longer than others.
• If nothing has come back after an hour, the session probably was not completed, for example the tab was closed partway through. Just tap Verify again and run it fresh.
• A verification that was not finished counts as incomplete, not as a rejection. Restarting is always safe.
