How do I see my squad analytics?

Open your squad and go to its Analytics screen: it shows the squad's health in numbers, member activity and presence, growth, and how the squad is performing over time. It is the leadership's dashboard for spotting drift before it becomes decline.

What you can read there

• Member activity: who is actually present and participating, versus names on a roster.
• Growth: joins and departures over time, the squad's population curve.
• Engagement: how alive the squad's chat, events, and sessions are.
• Competitive trajectory: how the squad's tournament activity is trending.

Using it as a leader

• Watch the active-member ratio, not the total: 20 active members beat 80 ghosts, and recruitment should aim at participation, not headcount.
• Departures cluster around real causes: a spike in leavers usually follows drama or a dead calendar. The graph tells you when to ask why.
• Pair analytics with action: a soft month means it is time for an event, a challenge, or a tournament entry, the tools are all one screen away.
