How do I keep myself safe on VERGR?

Lock the account (strong password, two-factor, wallet PIN), control who can reach you (message privacy settings, block freely), and treat money offers with suspicion: VERGR staff will never DM you for your password, and nobody legitimate sells cheap Coins outside the app. The tools are all in Settings.

Lock down the account

• Use a strong, unique password, and never share your login with anyone.
• Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings: it protects password changes, sign-outs, and account deletion even if someone gets your password.
• Set a wallet PIN in Wallet Security so your balance has its own lock.
• Whitelist your withdrawal address: payouts can then only ever go to an address you approved.

Control who reaches you

• Privacy settings let you limit who can message you and whether unknown senders land in message requests instead of your inbox.
• Block anyone, any time, from their profile or the chat menu: they lose the ability to contact you, and the conversation disappears.
• You can also hide yourself from search and suggested-user lists in Settings, then Privacy.

Spot the scams

• VERGR will never DM you asking for your password, verification code, or payment outside the app. Anyone doing that is a scammer, report the profile.
• Cheap Coins, account buying, and "double your Gems" offers outside the app are always scams, and trading currency off-platform is itself against the rules.
• Check links before you click: real VERGR pages live on vergr.app.
