How do I join a squad?

Browse squads in the Squads section or Explore, open one you like, and request to join or accept an invite. Some squads approve requests, others invite directly. Once you are in, you get the squad chat, voice hangouts, team tournaments, and a share of the squad's success.

Joining a squad plugs you into a ready-made team and community. There are two ways in: find one yourself, or get invited.

Find and request to join

1. Open the Squads section, or browse squads in Explore.
2. Open a squad to see its members, activity, and what it is about.
3. Request to join. If the squad uses open joining, you may be in right away; if it approves requests, you wait for a yes.

Accept an invite

A squad that wants you can send an invitation. You will see it in your squad invitations, where you can accept or decline. Accepting drops you straight into the squad.

What you get as a member

Access to the squad chat, voice hangouts and streams, the ability to play in team tournaments, and a share of what the squad earns together. Squads are capped at 100 members, so they stay tight enough to feel like a real team.
