How do I find people to follow when I am new?

Use Explore to browse top creators, live streams, and squads. VERGR also suggests people based on your game interests during and after onboarding. Following even a few creators immediately improves your feed.

A fresh account with no follows has a quiet feed. Following ten to twenty creators or players makes a real difference in what shows up.

Ways to find people

• Explore tab: browse top creators, live streams, squads, and trending clips. Filter by game to narrow it down.
• Suggested follows: during onboarding and in the Explore tab, VERGR suggests creators based on your chosen interests.
• Search: tap the search icon and type a username, display name, or game to find specific people.
• Leaderboard: the top players by tournament points, earnings, or VP rank are a good place to start.
• Squads: join a squad and follow the members who post content you enjoy.

Who to follow

• Streamers who play your games: their live streams go straight into your feed.
• Tournament players: see results and highlights from competitive play.
• Squad leaders: they often post strategy content and squad updates.
• Creators posting tips, tier lists, or clips for your main game.

Follows are public. Anyone can see who you follow from your profile. If you prefer privacy, you can make your profile private in Settings.
