How do I pick my interests and get good recommendations?

During onboarding, or from Settings at any time, you can pick the games and content types you enjoy. VERGR uses your interests to show you relevant streams, players, squads, and tournaments in your feed.

Your interests tell the app what you actually want to see. Without them, your feed starts generic. With even a handful picked, it becomes useful quickly.

How to update your interests

1. Go to your profile and tap Edit Profile.
2. Scroll to the Interests section.
3. Tap any game or category to toggle it on or off.
4. Save your changes.

What interests affect

• Your For You feed: posts, clips, and streams related to your games appear first.
• Tournament suggestions: you see tournaments for games you play.
• Squad recommendations: squads built around your interests float to the top.
• Creator suggestions: streamers and players in your game categories are shown first.

You can pick as many or as few as you like. Adding more games gives the app more to work with. You can change your interests any time and your feed adjusts within minutes.
