How do I earn as a Vanguard moderator?

Vanguard moderators earn a share of the 5% moderation cut from tournaments they help run, paid into the Vanguard squad treasury and split monthly by rank and activity. Active Vanguard also get their Coin-to-Gem conversion fee waived. The Vanguard is invite-only.

The Vanguard is VERGR's anonymous moderator collective. Moderating is real work, and it is compensated.

How Vanguard earn

• A share of the 5% tournament moderation cut goes to the Vanguard treasury when a tournament is Vanguard-moderated.
• It is split monthly, weighted by your rank and how many moderation actions you did.
• Active Vanguard get their Coin-to-Gem conversion commission waived to 0%.

How you join

The Vanguard is invite-only. You cannot apply directly; founders invite trusted, active community members. Higher ranks carry more authority and a bigger treasury weight.
