How do I check my Coin and Gem balance?

Your Coin and Gem balances show on the wallet home as soon as you unlock it. Coins are what you buy and spend; Gems are what you earn and can withdraw as real money. Both are shown with their approximate value.

Checking your balance

1. Open your wallet and unlock with your PIN.
2. Your Coin and Gem balances are displayed at the top of the wallet home.
3. Tap a balance for more detail and related actions.

Coins vs Gems

• Coins (VC): bought with money and spent on tips, entries, memberships, and boosts.
• Gems: earned through the platform and the only currency you can withdraw as real money.

If a balance looks wrong, check your transaction history — most surprises are a recent purchase, tip, fee, or pending withdrawal.
