How do I apply to an invite-only tournament?
Invitational tournaments show an Apply button instead of Join. Applying sends your request to the host, who approves or declines it; you are notified either way, and approval puts you in the bracket like any registered player. Your profile and tournament stats are your CV here.
How applications work
- Open the invitational tournament's page. Where an open event says Join, an invite-only one offers Apply.
- Submit your application. The host sees it alongside your profile.
- The host approves or declines. You get a notification with the outcome.
- Approved? You are in: same check-in, schedule, and rules as any other participant.
Improving your odds
- Your tournament history does the talking: TP, past placements, and completed events show you are reliable, hosts fear no-shows more than weak players.
- A real profile helps: a filled-out profile with your game accounts linked reads as a serious applicant.
- Be known: hosts invite from their community, being active in their streams, squad, or group is the honest shortcut.
- Apply early: brackets have fixed sizes, and late applications meet full brackets.
Hosts can also send direct invitations, so keep notifications on: sometimes the invite finds you.
