What VLink does

VLink turns your Shopify catalog into a single mobile page you can put in your Instagram bio, TikTok profile, email footer or a QR code. Shoppers browse your real products, add to a cart, and check out in your Shopify checkout — your payments, your shipping, your taxes, your customers. VLink never takes a cut of a sale.

Getting started

1. Install VLink from the Shopify App Store. It opens inside your Shopify admin.
2. Let it build your page. On first run VLink reads your products, logo and brand colours and assembles a starting page for you.
3. Pick your link. In Settings, choose your handle. Your page is then live at vergr.app/l/your-handle.
4. Edit it. Add, reorder and restyle blocks in the Editor. The phone preview beside it is the real page, not a mock-up.
5. Publish, then paste your link into your bio.

Common questions

My products are not showing

Open Products and press Sync now. Only active products sync. Once VLink is set up as a sales channel on your store you also control which products appear, per product, from the Shopify product page — until you publish your first product to VLink, your whole active catalog shows.

A block disappeared from my page

A block renders nothing until it has what it needs — a Video block needs a YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch or direct .mp4 link, a WhatsApp block needs a phone number including country code. The editor preview tells you which is missing. Shoppers never see an empty block.

My thumbnail is broken

The URL has to point at an image file (.jpg, .png, .webp), not at a web page. Pasting a site address gives you a broken image. Use Upload image if you are unsure.

Can I change how a single block looks?

Yes. Open any block and press Style this block for width, alignment, text size and weight, colours, corner radius and spacing. Anything left on "Theme default" follows your theme, so switching themes still works and only what you deliberately changed stays fixed.

Does the price and stock stay right?

Yes. Products, prices and inventory sync automatically after the first sync, and sold-out items show as sold out so shoppers never hit a dead end.

Where does checkout happen?

In your own Shopify checkout, with your payment providers, shipping rates and taxes. VLink does not process payments and takes no commission.

Can I use my own domain?

On Pro, your page can also be served on your store's own domain at your-store.com/a/link.

You change or cancel your plan from Shopify, and it is billed on your normal Shopify invoice. Downgrading never deletes your work: your design is kept exactly as you left it, and any part your new plan does not include simply stops being applied to the live page until you upgrade again.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling from your Shopify admin immediately destroys VLink's access to your store and takes your page offline. Shopify then tells us to erase your data 48 hours later, and we delete your page, product cache, statistics and leads permanently. Export your leads first if you want to keep them.
