Will my profile show up on Google?

A public VERGR profile can appear in Google results, which helps people find you. If you set your profile to private, it is kept out of search engines. Your private data — email, phone, wallet, DMs — never appears in search either way.

VERGR profiles are designed to be discoverable so creators can grow. That visibility extends to search engines when your profile is public.

Public profiles

  • Your public profile and public posts can be indexed by Google and shown in results.
  • This is good for reach — people searching your name or handle can find you.

Set your profile to private in Settings → Privacy. Private profiles are not indexed, so they will not surface in search engines, and only approved followers see your content.

Either way, your email, phone number, wallet, and direct messages are never public and never appear in search results.
