Why can I not pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay?

Google Pay and Apple Pay are not supported for buying Coins right now. You can pay by card or with cryptocurrency through the in-app checkout.

Short answer: those wallets are not supported for Coin purchases yet. What you can use today is a card or cryptocurrency, both through the in-app checkout.

We know tapping a saved wallet is the easy path, and it is on the list. For now, card and crypto cover every region we operate in, and they get your Coins into your wallet right away.

What you can use instead

  • Card. Pay with a debit or credit card in the checkout popup. Your Coins land in your wallet as soon as the payment clears.
  • Cryptocurrency. Pay in crypto through the same checkout if you would rather not use a card.

How to buy Coins

  1. Open the Shop from the wallet or the top of the app.
  2. Pick a Coin pack, or enter a custom amount.
  3. Choose card or crypto in the checkout popup.
  4. Confirm. Your Coins appear in your wallet once the payment clears.

Will Google Pay or Apple Pay be added later?

It is on our list. Until then, card and crypto are the supported methods.

Is paying by card secure?

Yes. Payments run through a secure checkout. Your full card details are never stored by VERGR.

I paid but my Coins have not arrived. What now?

Give it a minute to clear. If they still have not landed, contact support@vergr.app with the date and amount and we will sort it.
