What do the badges on a profile mean?
Badges show a person's standing: their VP rank tier, a verified check if they are verified, a Vanguard badge for moderators, prestige for long-term activity, and champion frames for recent tournament wins. Each one tells you something about who you are looking at.
Profiles carry a few badges. Here is what each means.
Common badges
- VP rank badge: their current tier from Rookie to Immortal, earned through activity.
- Verified check: confirms a notable or genuine creator account.
- Vanguard badge: marks an anonymous VERGR moderator and their Vanguard rank.
- Prestige badge: recognises sustained long-term activity, separate from VP.
- Champion frame (gold ring + crown): a recent tournament win, lasts about a week.
- Plan perks: Pro members can show an animated avatar.
Why badges matter
Badges help you judge who to follow, who to trust in a tournament, and who is an official moderator versus a regular user. They are earned, not bought (aside from plan cosmetics), so they reflect real activity.
