3. After the hold, it is sent in the next outbound batch.
4. The crypto transfer settles on the network, usually quickly.

You can see the status of your withdrawal in your wallet at every stage, from pending through to sent. There is no guessing, the wallet shows you where it is.

During the first part of the hold, a pending withdrawal can be cancelled if you change your mind. Once it is sent, it cannot be reversed.
