How do I share a stream?

Tap the share button on the stream to copy a link or send it straight to a chat, a squad, or another app. Anyone you send it to lands on the stream. Sharing a stream you like is one of the best ways to grow the streamer's audience, and it takes one tap.

If a stream is good, pass it on. The share button on the player gives you a link you can drop anywhere, or send directly to a friend, a group chat, or your squad inside VERGR. Whoever opens it lands right on the stream.

Share it

  1. On the stream, tap the share button.
  2. Choose how to share: copy the link, send it to a VERGR chat or squad, or hand it to another app on your device.
  3. The person you send it to opens the link and joins the stream.

Where you can send it

  • A direct message or group chat on VERGR.
  • Your squad, to rally your crew to a stream.
  • Any app outside VERGR via your device's share sheet, or by pasting the copied link.
  • A clip is often the better share for a single great moment: it is short and self-contained.

Shared stream links open the stream for the recipient. Sharing is the simplest, most direct growth lever a streamer has, and it costs you nothing to help.

Can someone watch without an account?

They can open the link, but full participation (chat, tips, follow) needs an account. Sharing is still a great way to introduce new people to a streamer.

Should I share the stream or a clip?

Share the live stream to bring people in right now. Share a clip to show off one specific moment that keeps working after the stream ends.
