How do I see who I am following?

Open your profile and tap your Following count to see everyone you follow. From there you can open their profiles or unfollow anyone you no longer want in your feed.

Viewing who you follow

1. Go to your profile.
2. Tap the Following count near your username.
3. Scroll the list of accounts you follow.
4. Tap a name to open their profile, or tap Following to unfollow.

Why this matters

The accounts you follow shape your Following feed and influence your For You recommendations. Trimming people you no longer watch keeps your feed relevant.

Unfollowing is silent — the other person is not notified.
