How do I convert Coins into Gems?

In your wallet, choose convert, pick how many Coins, and confirm. A commission applies based on your rank, from 30% at the lowest rank down to 10% at the highest. The Gems are then yours to withdraw.

Converting is how Coins become withdrawable. You do it in the wallet, and it only takes a few taps.

How to convert

1. Open your wallet and choose convert.
2. Enter how many Coins you want to turn into Gems.
3. Check the rate and the commission for your rank.
4. Confirm. The Gems land in your wallet.

The commission

Converting carries a commission, and this is where your rank matters. At the lowest rank it is 30%, and it drops as you climb, down to 10% at the top. So the more you build your VP and rank up, the more you keep on every conversion.

Lowering what you pay

There is no trick to it: earn VP, climb the ranks, and your conversion rate improves. If you convert often, ranking up pays for itself.
