Do Gems expire?

No. Gems do not expire. Once you convert Coins into Gems they stay in your wallet until you withdraw them. There is no deadline to cash out and no balance that vanishes over time.

Gems are your cash-out balance, and they are not on a timer. Convert whenever it suits you and withdraw whenever you are ready.
