Can I have more than one VERGR account?
Each person may hold one VERGR account. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in tournaments, referrals, or promotions is a violation of the Terms of Service and can result in all accounts being permanently banned.
VERGR's rules are clear: one account per person. This exists to keep tournaments fair and to protect the integrity of the economy.
Why only one account?
- Tournaments: entering the same event from multiple accounts is cheating.
- Referrals: self-referrals using fake secondary accounts exploit the rewards system.
- Economy: duplicate accounts distort rankings and leaderboards.
- KYC: identity verification ties your real identity to your account. Two accounts would require two verified identities.
Legitimate reasons to contact support
If you cannot access your original account because you lost the email or phone number linked to it, contact VERGR support. Explain the situation and the support team can help you recover your account. Do not create a new one in the meantime.
Households and friends who share a device can each have their own account. Sharing a device is not a problem. Having one person control two accounts is.
